Please read notes below for info on suitability for children, dogs, buggies and pregnant mamas before you book - thank you!

A few things to note:

  • Suitable for PREGNANT mamas in the first 2 trimesters, if you have basic to medium fitness levels and would normally go on hikes or mountain walks.

  • Fitness Levels: MEDIUM/ BASIC - This 'walkshop' combines hiking, meditation, journaling and yoga/ embodiment outdoors. Most of the hike is basic fitness level, but there is one steeper incline.

  • Not suitable for CHILDREN: We will have honest and open chats about motherhood and its complexities which might not be for kiddo’s ears. Also remember, this is a space for you to come as you are, so give yourself the time you deserve and come by yourself. You can bring lots of mama-friends though!

  • Not suitable for BUGGIES: The hiking trail does not allow for buggies.

  • Not suitable for DOGGIES: As much as we love doggies, we would suggest leaving them at home or with another carer for this walkshop. Again, this is to help nudge you away from distractions and give you the chance to relax and focus completely on yourself.
