Dear Mama,

To step off the hamster-wheel…
and into the quiet wisdom of the forest.
This is what we do in my honest, reflective walking workshops (aka ‘Walkshops’) for mothers in the Dublin Mountains. I created them for mamas like you who are carrying a lot - and are craving a moment of stillness (or if you’re like me, a few!).
If you're feeling constantly overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of some more of YOU - this is your space.
