Hi, I’m Eliane

... and I’m a trained Matrescence and Motherhood Coach, Facilitator & Activist, Postgraduate Student of Trinity College Dublin and former Gallery Manager. But my biggest job for the last decade has been being a Mama!

For what feels like a lifetime I’ve walked, and often stumbled, down the path of motherhood. Or Matrescence, as it should be much more widely known. The process of ‘Becoming a Mother’.

I think this process is never over. And I think especially mamas who have been mothering for years can suffer from poor mental health.
